Urban League of Nebraska
Thomas H. Warren, Sr. is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Urban League of Nebraska, Inc. (ULN), since January 2008. Mr. Warren graduated from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa in 1983 and joined the Omaha Police Department during the same year. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice, with a second major in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. He obtained a Master’s of Science degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) in 1989, with a major in Criminal Justice with an option in Public Administration. He most recently served as the Chief of Police with the Omaha Police Department (OPD) from 2003 - 2008. Mr. Warren has received recognition for his community involvement, and he serves as a volunteer on various Boards of Directors including the Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Non-Profit Association of the Midlands and the Durham Museum.
