RESEARCH:
The Center for Reducing Health Disparities is a partner in research endeavors focusing on underserved or health disparate populations including minorities and rural populations. The Center is available to provide a number of services to facilitate research including: consultation on study design of projects targeting underserved communities, Spanish translation services for IRB approved research related documents, and promotion and enrollment into research studies.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT:
The Center seeks to engage communities in reducing health disparities, and the Center is available to participate in and provide workshops, presentations, and limited health screenings. Some workshop/presentation topics include:
