Services

RESEARCH:

The Center for Reducing Health Disparities is a partner in research endeavors focusing on minorities, underserved, and rural populations. The Center is available to provide a number of services to facilitate research including: consultation on design and implementation of minority participation in research, Spanish translation services for IRB approved research related documents, and promotion and enrollment into research studies.


COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT:

The Center seeks to engage communities in reducing health disparities, and the Center is available to participate in and provide some health screenings.

The Center has a conference room that is available for use by community organizations and groups for meetings, gatherings, and events.


EDUCATION:

The Center will provide educational opportunities for students, faculty, and staff on health disparities including service-learning opportunities.
