Research and Consulting Interests

Dr. Adams’ research experience is in the area of distance education strategy and strategic cognition. His current research interests focus on governing board development and effectiveness and inter-organizational relationships.  Dr. Adams consults with a variety of organizations in the areas of strategic planning and organizational development.
