Task Force members
The Design and Implementation Task Force is charged
to develop the draft design and implementation plan for the College of
Public Health. This includes the following elements:
- Vision and mission statement, including
branding for national and regional differentiation.
- Alternative organizational models for the
college.
- Faculty recruitment.
- Staff recruitment, including professional
staff (research assistants, project managers).
- Student recruitment.
- Components.
- New Ph.D. programs.
- Faculty appointment policy.
- Communications strategy internally and
externally.
- Financial plan.
- Collaborative relationships.
- Accreditation development.
- International/global health programs.
- External advisory council(s).
- Administrative systems.
- Research and contract policies.
- Overview of experience at recently accredited schools of public
health.
