Task Force members

The Design and Implementation Task Force is charged to develop the draft design and implementation plan for the College of Public Health. This includes the following elements:

  • Vision and mission statement, including branding for national and regional differentiation.
  • Alternative organizational models for the college.
  • Faculty recruitment.
  • Staff recruitment, including professional staff (research assistants, project managers).
  • Student recruitment.
  • Components.
  • New Ph.D. programs.
  • Faculty appointment policy.
  • Communications strategy internally and externally.
  • Financial plan.
  • Collaborative relationships.
  • Accreditation development.
  • International/global health programs.
  • External advisory council(s).
  • Administrative systems.
  • Research and contract policies.
  • Overview of experience at recently accredited schools of public health.
