Scholarships and Awards
The following scholarships and awards are available to COPH students who are currently enrolled and to new applicants.
Carruth J. Wagner Foundation offers $1,000 scholarships, annually, to UNMC College of Public Health MPH and PhD Students. For more information, contact the Associate Dean for Student Affairs. The number of scholarships may vary from year to year.
The Robert D. Sparks Student Research Award is a $1,500 award offered annually to UNMC College of Public Health MPH and PhD students to support outstanding research that impacts public health in the state of Nebraska. For more information, contact the Associate Dean for Student Affairs.
The College of Public Health has a limited number of Non-Resident Tuition Scholarships to award to students who are not residents of Nebraska. These Scholarships are awarded competitively on the basis of scholarship and academic performance. For more information contact the Office of Educational Services at coph@unmc.edu.
