Research Interest:

Clinical and Research areas of interest involve the role of genetic changes in the cause of birth defects, genetic syndromes, and various forms of cancer. Research projects are in progress regarding to the identification and description of new genetic syndromes and the identification and investigation of a genetic causes of various forms of cancers. Investigative technologies used in these studies includes cytogenetics, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), microarray, gene analysis and sequencing.
