    An MRI fellowship position is available at the University of Nebraska Medical Center for the 2014-15 academic year. This fellowship is open to individualization depending upon ones goals but previously has consisted of having ½ neuroradiology, ¼ musculoskeletal, and ¼ body MRI clinical rotations. You will have the opportunity to learn basic and advanced MRI techniques in all three areas. Modern facility has multiple 1.5T MRI systems, a GE 3.0T HDx MRI and a Philips 3T Achieva MRI. There are 4 CT scanners including a 64 slice GE VCT scanner. The fellowship year will allow the individual to enhance their MRI skills beyond the resident level. The neuroradiology experience covers MR spectroscopy, MR perfusion, fMRI, diffusion tensor imaging (including tractography) and angiography. The Body MRI and musculoskeletal MRI rotations provide a wide array of diverse case material and allow the fellow to round out their MRI fellowship experience.
