How to Register

To Register for Career Day:

1. Download a registration form and give a copy to each student to fill out. The bottom portion must be signed by a parent/guardian.
2. Make sure each student form is complete. Incomplete forms will notbe accepted. Each student should choose 3 careers they want to learn more about (Make sure they have circled their first choice).
3. Cost $10 per student and a $5 charge for each adult.
   Make all payments payable to: UNMC.
   Send money orders or checks only. Please DO NOT SEND CASH!  For student fee waivers, please contact our office for instructions.
4. Send all student registrations for your school and complete payment in one package to:
