UNMC outreach programs are focused on helping improve the health of the world. Through our International Medicine, Study Abroad, and medical trips, students have the opportunity to care for patients from all over the world and learn about cultural differences in medicine.
Rural rotations, training tracks, and student-run clinics give them the opportunity to care for patients at home in Nebraska.
Even prior to coming to UNMC, students can learn more about health professions and science through our science meets, Community Academy and career day programs
