Columbus Community Hospital Satellite Clinic
Dr. Matthew Longo is currently seeing vascular patients on the first Tuesday afternoon of each month at the Columbus Community Hospital in Columbus, NE. His office is located in the Medical Office Building at 4508 38th Street, Suite 165. Please call 402-559-7300 to make an appointment.
In his role as Chief of Vascular Surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Matthew Longo, MD, has just established an outreach clinic in the Medical Office Building adjacent ot the Columbus Community Hospital. This clinic has been created to meet the vascular needs in the Columbus area and surrounding community. Patients with peripheral arterial disease, carotid stenosis, thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms and other vascular issues can be evaluated by Dr. Longo. Dr. Longo has extensive experience performing vascular surgeries such as lower extremity bypasses, andurysm repairs, and carotid endarterectomies. In recent years, Dr. Longo has become a leader in his field of less invasive techniques for treating peripheral arterial disease, aneurysms, and carotid stenosis with the usage of stents, grafts and other methods that allow the patient a faster recovery time and short hospitalization. In addition, patients will be able to have their follow up appointments at the Columbus clinic.
