Dr. Feloney joined the Division in September 2006 following completion of a two year fellowship at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson/Graduate Hospital in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. He is certified with the American Board of Urology.

He performs minimally invasive surgery and is certified to perform robotic surgical procedures, including robotic prostatectomy, nephrectomy, sacrocolpopexy, and hysterectomy. In addition to his General Urology practice, Dr. Feloney is also one of only a handful of urology-trained Urogynecologists in the nation. He is also one of the only surgeons in the area performing perineal prostatectomies. He is building multidisciplinary collaborations here on campus by seeing patients not only in Urology, but OB/GYN and MS clinics as well. His focus is treating patients with pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and sexual dysfunction. Additionally, he is active at the VA Hospital.

Dr. Feloney earned a B.S. degree in Biology and Psychology at Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. He obtained his M.D. at the St. Louis University School of Medicine and completed his general surgery internship and residency at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City.
