ADDITIONAL VOLUNTEER FACULTY

The Urologic Surgery academic program includes a dozen volunteer faculty members, including a pediatric urologist, who comprise the urologic staff of Nebraska Methodist Hospital. The integration of the volunteer faculty lends to our program a broadened educational perspective, and increased and more varied surgical experiences and clinical training. The incorporation of these teaching experiences assures that proper educational materials are provided and utilized, that each resident has ample opportunity to experience the full range of clinical and surgical options available in Urologic Surgery cases, and that medical students, too, are exposed to the wide variety of cases and urologic clinical training.
