Asia Pacific Rim Development Program (APRDP)


Graduate Students
The Asia Pacific Rim Development Program will help to facilitate established UNMC graduate programs to accept graduate students who are supported by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) doing scientific research and graduate training at UNMC, in Omaha, Nebraska. The graduate students can be in either a joint-training program or a degree-seeking program. Fields of study will focus mainly on life and health sciences, including the following areas:

  • Biochemistry & Molecular Biology
  • Cancer Research
  • Cellular & Integrative Physiology
  • Genetics, Cell Biology & Anatomy
  • Medical Sciences Interdepartmental Area
  • Nursing
  • Pathology & Microbiology
  • Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • Pharmacology and Experimental Neuroscience
  • Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Toxicology (Public Health)
