The Flow Cytometry Research Facility is open Monday – Friday from 8 am to 7 pm. Cell sorting is available between 9 am and 6.30 pm on these days. For trained and competent users, unassisted flow cytometry analysis and supplemental services are available 24/7.

Click on each section below to display current rates for these services.

*These rates will begin from August 11th 2014. For current rates please contact Phil Hexley

Minimum booking: 30 minutes analysis/60 minutes sorting

Booking increments: 15 minutes

Cancellations: Must be made with at least one working day notice.

New Users +
New users need to complete the Practical Flow Cytometry class, offered free by the facility. This regularly scheduled class is 3 hours, and covers principles of flow cytometry technology, application, and using the facility. Space is limited, to register for this class call 402-559-6299 or email Phil Hexley. View the class schedule here.

Flow Cytometry Analysis +
The Flow Cytometry Research Facility maintains several different flow cytometers for acquisition of samples. Capabilities of these instruments can be found on the Equipment page here. These cytometers are available 24/7 for trained users, and during regular open hours for assisted acquisition.
