The Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics core facility is available to all University of Nebraska campuses investigators. Outside investigators are also welcome are a slightly higher rate.
SPECIAL NOTE: We strongly recommend and advise that if you are interested in submitting samples to the MSPCF, that all persons involved in the project (PI, graduate students, post-doc, techs. . .) schedule an initial consultation meeting with Dr. Ciborowski (the core director), Melinda and Jayme (Core Researchers) so we can assist you in choosing the right technology to answer your questions. This can save you time and money. In addition, we specialize in the development of customized projects outside of our routine analyses.
To submit samples for analysis, please complete the one of the following forms and bring it with you when you drop off your samples:
