Admission Requirements
Admission to the Master of Respiratory Care Degree Advancement Option requires the applicant to successfully complete the following prior to matriculation:
Applicants to the program must:
- Complete a bachelor's degree from a United States or Canadian accredited college or university.
- Be a graduate of a CoARC accredited entry-level respiratory program from within the United States.
- Be a RRT in Good Standing
- Applicants must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist in Good Standing as evidenced by National Board for Respiratory Care official credential verification letter.
- Present a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale) at time of application submission.
- Have and maintain a membership in American Association of Respiratory Care professional association.
- Proof of membership card must be submitted in application
- Submit a CV/Resume
- Submit two letters of recommendation (at least one must be a professional recommendation)
Applicants who have successfully submitted their application prior to the deadline and have met the minimum requirements will be selected to have a one-on-one meeting with the Program Director prior to acceptance decisions.
Participant Requirements
Participants need to possess computer operating system skills and have easy access to a computer with a high speed Internet connection and up-to-date software. Review the Computer Requirements.
