Student Ambassadors

Our Student Ambassadors create and promote a positive image for all allied health programs by remaining sensitive to the needs, attitudes, and opinions of others. Under the direction of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, ambassadors may have opportunities to educate the public about our programs through various speaking engagements and campaigns. They will promote wellness, recruitment, and community involvement to fellow students in the college so as to enrich their experience while at UNMC.

UNMC Student Success

Student Success staff assist students with financial aid, scholarships, tuition & fees, transcripts, and maintenance of their official academic record, among other things.

Many of our students engage in the rich cultures of Omaha, volunteering in student-run clinics and community services that assist underserved populations in the city.

Writing Assistance

The Writing Center @ UNMC offers free one-on-one consultations with trained advisors to all University of Nebraska Medical Center students, faculty, and staff to help improve writing abilities, critical thinking and productive reading skills, and effective communication.
