As part of the accreditation process, the Physical Therapy Program is encouraged to provide a method by which the general public and academic community can file a formal written complaint regarding any aspect of the program or the conduct of one of its faculty/students.
Individuals wishing to voice a complaint or a concern regarding the Division of Physical Therapy Education or its faculty and staff may do so by contacting the Program Director or the Director of Clinical Education at 402.559.4259.
Individuals wishing to file a formal complaint may submit it to the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
