Score Requirements
We do not have a specific score requirement. All residents must have passed USMLE Step 3 before they begin training in our Clinical Anesthesia program (HO-2, CA-1 level).

Cutoff Graduation Year
We do not have a specific requirement on the number of years since medical school graduation, however, we do require our applicants to be current in their medical knowledge upon entering our training program.

Clinical Experience
We want to see evidence and evaluations of recent clinical and patient care skills, preferably in the United States.

Licensure for ECFMG
If you possess a ECFMG certicate, you are eligible for a Temporary Education Permit (TEP) in the State of Nebraska. This does not require USMLE Step 3. In Nebraska, you are not eligible for a permanent licensure until you've had three years of United States graduate medical education.

Deadline to Apply
We do not have a set deadline to apply, however the majority of our invitations to interview are distributed prior to October 1. We require applications through ERAS.

Number of Applicants
We generally receive in excess of 700 applications each season.
