What is wellness?
We can look at wellness as a process of making choices that help us live more successfully. Recipes for Wellness and Recovery focuses on the areas of physical, mental and emotional wellness. For example, good sleeping patterns can improve physical, mental, and emotional wellness. The information in this book can be used to identify personal goals for wellness and “recipes” to help you reach them.
