Where to Seek Help at Your University or College

Mental Health Definitions

Most colleges and universities in Nebraska have counseling services located on campus. Many offer free or reduced rates for their students. It is not necessary to have a diagnosed mental illness to benefit from counseling services. Any student who is feeling overwhelmed by the stressors in their lives is encouraged to seek counseling. Below is the contact information for the counseling centers for each college or university.
