The only official hotel reserved for the conference is the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa. We have not contracted with any other properties or third-party booking agencies.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa from Friday, July 15, through Sunday, July 24. Description of the guest rooms is available on the hotel website (please make sure to choose the "Rooms" tab).

Room Rates

All rates are based on a single (1 adult) or double (2 adults) occupancy. For additional adults (19 years and older), a $40 charge per night is applied. The maximum number of guests in a room is four (4) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children.

These quoted guest room rates do not include any applicable taxes (currently 17.962%), applicable service fees, and/or hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the conference.

Roll-Away Beds

Roll-away beds are available upon request at a rate of $25 per night (limited to inventory on hand). 

Hotel Deposit

A two-night deposit charged to a major credit card is required for all reservations.


Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in resort guest rooms and social spaces.


Check-in time is 4 PM.

Check-out time is 11 AM. If a late check-out is requested, a charge of 50% of the group rate will be assessed. Late check-out after 6 PM will be charged a full day's rate.  

Resort Services Program — $20 + tax (17.962%), per room, per day

This fee includes self-parking; two complimentary reusable water bottles; purified water stations; coffee maker in the room; self-service washer, dryer, and detergent; boarding pass and incoming fax printing; unlimited local and toll-free calls; in-room safe; fitness and yoga classes at Anara Spa; 24-hour access to the Anara Spa fitness center; golf course and clubhouse shuttle service; welcome lei greeting; guided sunrise walk (Monday-Saturday); Hawaiian crafters (daily in the lobby); entertainment and hula (Seaview Terrace); torch lighting ceremony (three times per week); ukulele, lei-making, and hula lessons; Koi fish feeding and parrot talk; one hour tennis court time daily (reservation required); complimentary bicycle usage (based on availability); and hydroponic garden tour. The resort fee is reflected on the guestroom folio at the time of check-in.

Porterage — $13 per person + tax (17.962%), round trip

This rate is based on two (2) bags per person (this includes children of all ages). Porterage charge will be posted to the guest's folio and must be settled upon departure from the hotel.

All housekeeping gratuities are up to the guest's discretion.

Each reservation must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to two (2) nights' room and tax.

This block rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis until May 16, 2022.

After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Airport/Travel Information

The closest airport to the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa is the Lihue Airport (LIH) which is approximately 15 miles (30 minutes) from the hotel.

Airport Transportation

Transportation via limousine from the airport to the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa is approximately $250 one-way ($500 round trip). Taxi service is approximately $50 one way. 




Casual dress is encouraged for the entire conference. Layered clothing is recommended as the temperature in meeting rooms can fluctuate. A light jacket or sweater for outdoor evening activities is suggested.
