My research focuses on exercise oncology. I’m currently revising and refining the Cancer Exercise app which delivers an evidence-based tailored exercise program for people living with and beyond cancer both during and following treatment. The other focus of my work is making exercise oncology standard of care for all people living with and beyond cancer through workforce development, and policy work. I’m actively engaged with the American College of Sports Medicine’s Moving Through Cancer Taskforce, the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Supportive Care Panel, and the Arizona Cancer Coalition Cancer Survivorship committee.
