August 26, 2020
In an effort to protect the safety and health of our participants and our campus during the global pandemic, volleyball, basketball, soccer, futsal, kickball, and dodgeball have been cancelled for the Fall 2020 intramural season. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please consider participating in one of the other sports that we are able to offer, including bocce, cornhole, spikeball, badminton, pickleball, and table tennis. More information will be made available very soon regarding these sports and the Fall 2020 season schedule.

General Information (Fall 2019 Season)
Competition is offered at 2 levels:
- Division 1 - This division is more competitive than the other. Teams that elect to play in the first division should have members that are experienced and expect to compete a higher level.
- Division 2 - Although it is still competitive, the second division is less competitive than the first. Teams that elect to play in the second division are, in general, more interested in playing in the league for recreational purposes.
How do I sign up?
Captains must create a team through EZLeagues. Once created, he/she must pay the registration fee at the front desk of the Center for Healthy Living and instruct his/her teammates to sign up with their team in EZLeagues.
Individuals without a team must sign up through EZLeagues. Once registered, an individual may a) choose to be added to team in need of players OR b) form a new team with other individuals unattached to a team.
If you encounter any issues, please direct any questions to the Campus Recreation Coordinator (alec.carstens@unmc.edu) or to the Center for Healthy Living front desk at 402-559-5254.
