Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Training 

All faculty, employees, students and other institutional representatives are required to complete the Human Subjects Research Course from the CITI website if they will be working on a research project that involves human subjects.

DOT/IATA Training

US Department of Transportation logoThe U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) have regulations related to the shipping of dry ice, infectious specimens, and other biological substances. In order to be compliant with DOT 49 CFR 172 Subpart H and IATA Dangerous Goods regulations, research coordinators or any other study personnel who may ship study samples are required to complete training every two years.
