Eligibility Form - MUST BRING TO FIRST DAY OF CLASS!!

Course materials will be sent via email 1 week prior to the first day of class.

Must wear scrubs, closed-toed shoes, and safety glasses both days.

Prerequisites:

Dental assistant is at least 18 years of age
1500+ HOURS OF CHAIRSIDE EXPERIENCE - TURN IN ELIGIBILITY FORM
Each participant must follow the OSHA guidelines for infection control and use of clinical Personal Protective Equipment

Course Description:
A board-approved professional techniques course on coronal polishing including didactic instruction and clinical participation for the dental auxiliary.
