Personal Rowing Training
Description: One-on-one rowing machine instruction by a certified Concept 2 rowing coach. The coach ensures the individual is performing the exercise safely with correct form, in order to gain maximum benefit.
Description: A partnership between the participant and the wellness coach designed to collaboratively work at making appropriate and lasting lifestyle changes. The process involves developing action plans that utilize individual strengths to most effectively achieve desired outcomes. Session package includes a vision & goal setting appointment (approx. 1 ½ hours) & three follow-up meetings.
Description: One-on-one exercise instruction. The trainer ensures the individual is performing the exercise safely and gaining maximum benefit from the workout. The trainer will introduce a variety of new and different forms of exercises specific to your fitness level, goals and abilities.
Description: FallProof™ is a progressive program designed to address the multiple dimensions that contribute to balance and mobility. Benefits include: pre-assessment for balance impairments, improved seated and standing posture, improved walking ability, strategies that will help improve the ability to recover from a loss of balance, increased confidence and reduced fear of falling, improved performance of activities of daily living, and post-assessment. This is a great option for individuals who may be unable or do not feel comfortable participating in a group setting.
