Due to short staffing, the Group Movement schedule will be changing.  The week of June 13-19, 2023 and the July 2023 schedule will be changing.  We will post updated schedules as soon as they are finalized.  Thank you.

Group Movement Schedule

Classes are held in person and virtually in our private Facebook group.  

CARDIO BLAST – instructor lead, strictly cardio, interval-based class on the fitness floor. You get to choose the type of cardio machine for the time and just follow along. It’s up tempo – but to your own beat!

CIRCUITwhole-body intermediate-level workout that provides stations of strength and cardio for participants to rotate through. Intensity options for all your muscles. No virtual option.

CORE BALANCE – balance is a core part of a healthy, independent lifestyle. This class will focus on the variables that contribute to physical balance – core and total body strength, mind-body connection, and balance specific movements. This class is appropriate for ALL fitness levels and options for multiple intensity levels will be provided.

LET’S MOVE – low-impact whole-body workout that provides three blocks of fitness: Cardio-Strength-Flexibility. Intensity options for ALL fitness levels.

LINE DANCING – ideal for those who love to move to music! It incorporates easy-to-follow line dances & routines. Dancing can help improve coordination & act as a great cardiovascular workout!

LOW IMPACT – simple heart pumping, stepping patterns. Routines will boost your heart rate and strengthen your muscles. (This can be modified by doing the movements utilizing a platform).

STRENGTH – strength training using dumbbells & resistance bands. Participants may experience increases in flexibility, strength, endurance, agility, and balance.

STRETCHING – slow & rhythmic movements to stretch most major muscle groups, which may improve flexibility.

YOGA – simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.

VIRTUAL CLASSES – offered through our private Facebook group, and are available to all members. In addition to the live classes, you can watch previously recorded classes anytime that’s convenient for you.
