Faculty Listening Lunches

What is it like to be a faculty member at UNMC today? What is needed most to take you where you want to go, or where UNMC needs to go?

The Office of Faculty Development and the Career Development and Engagement Committee (CDEC) are hosting a series of informal listening lunches to hear your perspectives.

Participants will answer a few questions about their experience as faculty members at UNMC.

The conversations are open to all faculty grouped by rank; full professors, associate professors, assistant professors and new faculty (hired after 2020).

Be a part of the conversation! Our goal is to:

  • Pause to think broadly about the faculty experience today
  • Discuss how we can enrich the faculty experience in 2023
  • Use an interprofessional lens to consider the professoriate of the future

Details regarding all listening sessions can be found below.

Can’t make a scheduled conversation? Email Faculty Development to schedule a time to discuss your needs.
