What interested you most in UNMC?:

It was one of the only options that combined military/Air Force medicine and a large academic hospital.

What was your first job?:

Summer recreation program instructor for kids in my small town

What is the furthest you've traveled from Omaha?:

Barcelona, Spain

Career aspirations:

Operational Medicine in the Air Force and traveling the world, one day owning my own rural practice alongside my mom (she is currently training to become a DNP-FNP)

If you couldn't work in medicine, what would you do?:

I always joked my plan B was to run off and join the circus - doing some kind of dance or acrobatics

If you only had one day in Nebraska, what would you do?:

Walk around Old Market and try as much food as possible!

Most fond residency experience or memory up to this point?:

I love the wilderness weekend camping trips we do, the one I attended as a medical student was a huge factor in deciding this program was the best fit for me!
