Flood Relief Donation Management Center

The recent flooding has impacted many of our colleagues, students and communities. To meet immediate needs, UNMC, Nebraska Medicine and the University of Nebraska at Omaha will open a Flood Relief Donation Management Center. 

Donations will be accepted from the public beginning at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 26. Anyone impacted by the floods may come to the center for aid beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 27.

University of Nebraska Emergency Assistance Fund

The University of Nebraska Emergency Assistance Fund enables the university to help currently enrolled students and current university employees who face financial hardship resulting from emergency or crisis situations such as natural disasters, home displacement and food insecurity. These circumstances include the 2019 flooding that has significantly affected people and the state.

Request or Donate Resources through Nebraska.gov

The State of Nebraska is working with public/private partnerships, volunteer organizations, faith-based organizations and non-government organizations to identify unmet needs with available resources during this current flooding disaster.
