The Healthcare Delivery Science Program is designed to provide practicing healthcare professionals with advanced knowledge of core administrative and leadership competencies related to five essential areas of healthcare practice. The five essential areas identified by the National Academy of Medicine include: providing patient-centered care, working in interdisciplinary teams, employing evidence-based practice, applying quality improvement, and utilizing informatics.
