Rachel Prudhomme
Prior to joining GCHS, Rachel Prudhomme was a manager of patient safety and quality at a large academic medical center. She is an expert in process improvement--leading projects as well as mentoring others through projects. As a program manager at the GCHS, her responsibilities include research, training, and operational response programs. She has worked on multiple health security programs and initiatives including the Special Pathogens Research Network (SPRN), the National Emerging Special Pathogen Training and Education Center (NETEC), the National Infection Control Strengthening Initiative (NICS), the Regional Disaster Health Response System (RESPTC), and various COVID-19 response activities. Rachel earned her MBA from Creighton University and a bachelor of arts from the College of St. Benedict. She is also a Six Sigma Blackbelt and is certified in Lean Manufacturing.
