- C-STARS
  C-STARS, the Center for Sustainment of Trauma Readiness Skills- Omaha is a collaboration between UNMC, Nebraska Medicine, and the Air Force Research Laboratory’s School of Aerospace Medicine. C-STARS Omaha works closely with UNMC’s Global Center for Health Security, iEXCEL, and the Nebraska Biocontainment Unit to take advantage of the medical center’s capabilities and expertise in biopreparedness training and research.

As I was collecting content for this issue of The Transmission, I learned Phil Collins turned 72 yesterday! His music will live on forever, especially In the Air Tonight, a true classic.

I heard a story long ago about the origin of that song, a dark tale of an icy murder, and anger. The real story, told by Phil Collins himself is here.
