Matthew Spencer, U.S. Poultry & Egg Association vice president of HR and safety programs, highlighted basic requirements of such an emergency preparedness plan during the webinar, “Protecting Poultry Workers from Avian Influenza,” hosted by AgriSafe Learning Lab on January 13.
