State and local officials can&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/flu\/prevention\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"combat outbreaks, opens in a new window\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">combat outbreaks<\/a>&nbsp;with targeted advice to get vaccinated and stay home when sick, but they need to know where to do that first.
