The panel will discuss vaccine safety, the childhood and adolescent shot schedule and the hepatitis B vaccine \u2014 an issue it previously debated and delayed for further study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The group\u2019s votes determine which vaccines are covered by insurance or offered for free under federal programs.
