People who tested positive for the highly contagious disease at Camp East Montana in El Paso, Texas, have been \u201ccohorted and separated from the rest of the detained population to prevent further spread,\u201d the spokesperson said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"anchor-199974\">The agency \u201cis closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with public health authorities to ensure appropriate medical care and containment measures are in place \u2014 the health and safety of detainees, staff, and the community remain a top priority,\u201d the spokesperson added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"anchor-e57184\">Rep.
