One person stayed at the hotel casino in September 2025, while the other stayed in February 2026. The release said both people have since recovered from the disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After learning of the cases, the Health District conducted environmental sampling at the facility, and multiple samples tested positive for Legionella, the bacteria that can cause Legionnaires\u2019 The Wynn then initiated immediate and comprehensive water system remediation measures, and the most recent samples showed no detectable levels of the bacteria in the affected areas.
