The outbreak of H5N1 flu, described in a report in\u00a0<em>Eurosurveillance<\/em>\u00a0on 19 January<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/d41586-023-00201-2#ref-CR1\">1<\/a><\/sup>, occurred on an American mink (<em>Neovison vison<\/em>) farm in Carral in October 2022.
