That\u2019s the message from public health authorities and LGBT health providers as cases rise in some countries and small clusters of infections in vaccinated people have been detected in\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.chicagohan.org\/alert-detail?p_p_id=hanalertdetailsweb&amp;p_p_lifecycle=2&amp;p_p_state=normal&amp;p_p_mode=view&amp;p_p_resource_id=download&amp;p_p_cacheability=cacheLevelPage&amp;_hanalertdetailsweb_attachmentId=45699074&amp;_hanalertdetailsweb_alertId=46678186?ftag=YHF4eb9d17\" target=\"_blank\">Chicago\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/tetu.com\/2023\/03\/31\/sante-variole-du-singe-monkeypox-mpox-cluster-france-situation-epidemie-mars-2023-reeinfection-vaccin\/\" target=\"_blank\">France<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news\/item\/11-05-2023-fifth-meeting-of-the-international-health-regulations-(2005)-(ihr)-emergency-committee-on-the-multi-country-outbreak-of-monkeypox-(mpox)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World Health Organization<\/a>&nbsp;on May 11 said mpox no longer presents a public health emergency of international concern because global cases have declined and countries are better equipped to respond, but that doesn\u2019t mean the threat is eliminated.
