Moderna will engage its mRNA platform, which was able to quickly churn out a vaccine during the COVID-19 crisis, according to a Monday&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/investors.modernatx.com\/news\/news-details\/2023\/CEPI-and-Moderna-Harness-mRNA-Technology-to-Advance-100-Days-Mission\/default.aspx\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moderna and CEPI believe the platform could go even faster, though. \u201cFuture outbreaks are inevitable, but another pandemic is not.
