The U.S. Postal Service will deliver them for free. The government is mailing out the coronavirus tests as the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/flu-us-puerto-rico-cdc-vaccine-8f92ae888f389f6a9997225ac395316c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the flu season<\/a>\u00a0kicks off and a spike in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/rsv-surge-shots-newborns-c0183aa026f968807401d6f5ddf44954\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RSV cases<\/a>\u00a0has been reported in some spots around the country. Hospitalizations for COVID-19, which has\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/us-covid-death-toll-one-million-7cefbd8c3185fd970fd073386e442317\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">killed more than 1 million people<\/a>\u00a0in the United States, were on the rise this fall but have stayed steady in recent weeks.
