They stressed that such remnants pose no known risk to people or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/bird-flu-h5n1-food-raw-milk-dairy-9d3a579b9bdb6f4d879b14b153174102\">the milk supply<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe risk to humans remains low,\u201d said Dawn O\u2019Connell of the federal Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new order, which goes into effect Monday, requires every lactating cow to be tested and post a negative result before moving to a new state.
