Some symptoms can affect a person\u2019s ability to work or attend school for an extended period of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An ad hoc committee of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine drafted a detailed report on the current status of diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of long-term health effects related to Long COVID.
