Fifty-four-year-old Joe Casey of Kensington has tested positive for three mosquito-borne viruses, including&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/what-is-eee-eastern-equine-encephalitis-mosquito-borne-virus-symptoms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eastern equine encephalitis<\/a>&nbsp;(EEE) and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/boston\/tag\/west-nile-virus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">West Nile Virus<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;He&#8217;s my brother. It&#8217;s very difficult, especially because it&#8217;s from a mosquito,&#8221; his sister-in-law Angela Barker told WBZ-TV, fighting back tears. &#8220;He was positive for EEE, for West Nile, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/sle\/about\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">St. Louis Encephalitis<\/a>, but the CDC, the infectious disease doctors, they don&#8217;t know which one is making him this sick.&#8221; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barker said Casey started to feel sick back in early August.
