In a new study published in the KeAi journal&nbsp;<em>Advances in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.news-medical.net\/health\/What-is-a-Biomarker.aspx\">Biomarker<\/a>&nbsp;Sciences and Technology (ABST)<\/em>, an AI-driven approach was adopted to examine DNA methylation patterns at 865,859 CpG sites in blood samples from early COVID-19 patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study was conducted by Zhengjun Zhang from the Department of Statistics at University of Wisconsin.
