This statement follows the announcement that eight patients who contracted the often deadly hemorrhagic fever have fully recovered. \u201cCurrently, the spread of Ebola is under control thanks to the robust measures implemented by the government and international agencies to combat the disease,\u201d stated Ugandan Health Minister Jane Ruth Aceng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The eight patients \u201chave received treatment and are now fully recovered. This represents a significant advancement,\u201d she added.
