But that&#8217;s just one part of his legacy. He helped coordinate the World Health Organization&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20150918205559\/http:\/\/www.who.int\/about\/who_reform\/emergency-capacities\/advisory-group\/david-nabarro\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"response to the Indian earthquake and tsunami, opens in a new window\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">response to the Indian earthquake and tsunami<\/a>\u00a0in 2004.
